THE AWARDS
The ISA´s International Songwriting Awards showcases the creators behind the songs - because without the songwriters there would be no performers, and no music industry.
Undiscovered songwriters receive awards to help them on their journey and gain credibility, exposure and valuable contacts in the music industry. Winning songwriters are chosen for these awards by panels of music industry professionals, partner organizations, ISA and MA Academy producers. The ISAs is an opportunity for all songwriters - beginners and established writers - to receive prestigious music industry peer recognition for their talent. This is a non-profit benefit event that supports charitable programs with the International Music Aid Organization and other organizations. NEWS FOR 2024 The ISAs have been acquired by The Music Aid Organization after talks and negotiations and will soon be part of an exciting new international artists and songwriters platform/showcase that is currently in development for launch in late 2024. All songs and writers that would have been featured for awards earlier this year in the ISAs will instead be promoted and featured on that new music platform. |

JUDGING
Award winners are chosen by judging panels of music industry professionals and producers with representatives from The Song Copyright Organization SCO, Music Aid International, The UK Songwriting Contest (UKSC) and British Songwriting Awards, Music Aid FM, The Commonwealth Song Contest, the LOTY Lyricist of the Year event, representatives from sponsor and partnership organizations, public voting, the submission platform SubmitMySong.com and others.
